Aresti CABINA ’56 Reserva Merlot 750ml
Previously known as Aresti BELLAVISTA Reserva Merlot. “CABINA 56” commemorates the first pick-up truck owned by Vicente Aresti A., which he used for many years during each harvest. This truck model had a great distinctive feature of having a great cabin, so from the start it was caller “THE CABIN”. For more than 60 years, this classic gem of a vehicle has been part of the Aresti family. Today you can see it at our Bellavista estate.
Tasting Note
This wine is a red color with blue hues and a nose that displays ripe red fruit plum combine with vanilla and mocha. The palate is agile, especially on the entry, with marked, ripe tannins, excellent to pair with meats. The finish is juicy, persistent and lingering.
Food Pairing
Perfect with lamb, roast beef, lasagna, grilled chicken, ham, cheddar, gouda or brie cheese.
