1.  Can I join as a member?

If you are at your legal drinking and purchasing age, you are most welcome to sign up, which enables us to update you with our latest promotions and events.

2.  How much does it cost to be a member?

It is free to be part of us. Sign up as a member to enjoy more discounts and privileges with a minimum spend monthly.

3.  Can I suspend my membership subscription temporarily?

Do contact us to state the reason for your temporary suspension. We will gladly assist you through the process.

4.  Is there a minimum order?

You can order as little as one bottle, and as many as you want.

5.  What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges will be at RM 10.00 per order, per location for standard delivery.

Delivery charges for next day delivery will be RM 15.00 per order, per location, only applicable for Kuching

If you purchase two (2) bottles in one (1) order using standard delivery, to be delivered to two (2) a different location, then that will be RM 10.00 x 2 locations.

6.  What is the delivery coverage area?

Our delivery areas include all areas in Sarawak, (East) Malaysia.

However, we only offer next-day delivery service to areas within Kuching (as listed below).

Don’t be disappointed if the area you wish to deliver your booze for next-day delivery is not listed. Do send us your inquiry at customercare@elegantlyred.com.my or contact us at +6012 889 3951 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

7.  What is your delivery timing?

Our order cut-off time will be at 3 pm every working day.

Monday – Friday: Upon confirmation of the order before 3 pm, arriving the next 1-2 day(s).
Saturday & Sunday: Upon confirmation of the order before 3 pm on Sunday, coming Monday or Tuesday.
Public holiday: Upon confirmation of the order before 3 pm, arrival on the next 1-2 working day(s).
Our deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, 10 am – 6 pm.
There will be no deliveries during Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

8.  Can I do self-collection?

Yes, you may do self-collection on Monday to Saturday, between 12.45 pm to 8 pm at Elegantly Red Retail Store at Ground Floor, Sublot 11, Soho 188 West, Lorong Wan Alwi 5, Jalan Wan Alwi, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak upon confirmation of order. Do drop us an e-mail at customercare@elegantlyred.com.my if you have further inquiries about delivery or self-collection.

9.  What do I do if my package reaches me while I am not around?

Our driver will call to confirm before departure, and kindly advise if there is no reception for your item, and we shall rearrange your delivery upon communicating with you. However, if there is no reception for your items upon the driver’s arrival, we will leave a notice for a re-delivery arrangement which additional delivery charges may apply. It is best to ensure that you or your recipient will be available during our delivery time from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.

10.  Can I change my delivery address, or cancel my order?

We will provide a contact number upon receiving your order, which enables you to contact us immediately upon any changes required.

11.  What should I do if my items do not arrive at the said time?

Your items should reach you in the next 3- 4 working days, upon receiving confirmation of order. Kindly contact us at +6012 889 3951 or email us at customercare@elegantly.com.my if your order did not reach you.

12.  What is the payment mode available?

We accept secure payments via Visa, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and FPX Payment

13.  Can I pay cash (COD)?

We do not offer COD at the moment. We will update our payment system if COD will be available.

14.  Are payments made on your website secured?

Online payment on our website goes through a renowned company such as IPay88. These gateways are trustable and secured, allowing you to make online purchases with ease.

15.  How can I check my order and delivery status?

16.  What if my items are spoilt, damaged, or lost in delivery?

We advise you to check your item thoroughly before signing on the delivery order or courier’s receipt. Should you find the item broken, or missing, do not accept the item, but acknowledge our deliverymen as a faulty item and returned it. You should then call us to inform the return. A replacement will be arranged upon verifying your claim with our deliveryman.
