Your Responsibility

Kindly ensure the accurate address and contact number are given and ensure there is someone to receive the item(s) at the address given at the stipulated time. Do take note of our delivery timeline to avoid any disappointment.

Operation Hours

Our business hours are from 10 am - 7 pm daily excluding Sundays and Public Holidays (National and Sarawak Holidays)

Cut-Off Time:

Our ordering cut-off time is 3.00 pm every working day (Mondays-Fridays). Any order(s) made on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays (National’s and Sarawak’s observation) will be processed on the next working day. 

Remarks:

Your order will be processed once the payment has been made to us.

We will inform the day of delivery via Phone call/Text/WhatsApp once the order is fully processed.
Deliveries will be made from Mondays – Fridays, 11 am – 8 pm excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public holidays.
Order Cut-Off time is 3.00 pm for the day (not applicable to Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). Any orders after 3.00 pm will be considered as next-day orders.

The above "Delivery Timing" is an estimate based on the timeline provided by our logistic partners. There may be times that you may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. ElegantlyRed will not be responsible for any loss incurred which may have been directly or indirectly caused by any delay(s).

Return & Refund Policy

Kindly take note that you can only raise a return request within 48 hours upon receiving all your ordered products. In events where such an issue happens, kindly contact us via text/WhatsApp at +6012 889 3951. Our operation team will investigate and update your request status in 2 working days. We may contact you for further arrangements and follow-ups to your request if necessary.

The request of return must be done within 7 working days upon receipt of items. Returned items must be untampered, unused, unopened, and undamaged with the item’s original packaging including boxes, plastic and bubble wraps, gift items, and gift boxes intact.

Exchange can be done with the product(s) of the same value or more than the original order amount and will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis. Elegantlyred.com.my will investigate and only exchange if it is our fault/product is spoilt. 

Return and exchange are not applicable to “FURTHER MARKED DOWN” products.
